This page explains how to request deletion of your Step Medical account and the data associated with it.
 
How to delete your account
 
You can request account deletion in either of these ways:

1. In the app: open Profile → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and queued for deletion.

2. By email: send a request from your account email to support@stepmedtec.com with the subject “Delete my account.” We verify the request and process it.

What data is deleted
 
When your account is deleted, we remove your personal account data, including: your name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses, login credentials, profile details, in-app messages (Razi), saved preferences, loyalty points, and device/notification identifiers.

What data is kept, and for how long

Certain records are retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, order and invoice records needed for tax, accounting, and warranty obligations. These are retained for the period required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years) and are not used to re-identify or contact you for marketing. After the required retention period, this data is deleted or anonymized.
